Terms and Conditions:

A deposit is required to secure an appointment. Full payment must be made before the treatment.

Payment methods:
– debit/credit cards: Mastercards, Visa, Amex
– BACS transfer
– cash.

All treatments purchases are valid for 3 months from day of purchase and are not refundable.

Free Consultation conducted 15 min before your first treatment or £30 consultation without first treatment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

Please note that a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Any changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be treated as a late cancellation and the full fee will be charged.

Rescheduling an appointment within 24 hours of your booking is considered the same as cancelling, as the time slot cannot be offered to another client on such short notice.
