A deposit is required to secure an appointment. Full payment must be made before the treatment.

Payment methods:
– debit/credit cards: Mastercards, Visa, Amex
– BACS transfer
– cash.

All treatments purchases are valid for 3 months from day of purchase and are not refundable.

Free Consultation conducted 15 min before your first treatment or £30 consultation without first treatment.

Cancellation Policy:

I kindly request a 24-hour notice of cancellation or change of appointment. A full fee will be charged to customers who do not cancel or change their appointment in a timely manner.
