Consultation

* Free 15–20 minute consultation before your first treatment when booked together with a treatment.

* Standalone 15–20 minute consultation – £30 (no treatment included).

Deposit

* A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

* The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours before your appointment.

* Appointments may be cancelled if the deposit or final payment has not been received within the required timeframe.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

* A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

* Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will result in the full treatment fee being charged.

* Deposits are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals

* Please don’t worry if you are running a few minutes late.

* However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other clients. * The full treatment fee will still apply.

Treatment Packages

* Treatment packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

* Treatment packages are non-refundable.

Medical Information

Please inform me before your appointment if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have any medical conditions or are taking medication that may affect your treatment.

Treatment Results

Results vary from person to person. For the best outcome, a course of treatments may be recommended.
