TWO MONTHS TRANSFORMATION WITH HERBALIFE
Two months ago I started my journey to become better me after a few stressful months which caused me to put on weight.
During that stressful time I was treating myself to comfort food and my favourite Prosecco. Not the best combination:-)
I am pleased that I met Nikki Wood who introduced me to Herbalife Herbalife and helped me start my journey with this new nutrition company…
At the beginning, I was very sceptical of my new diet and didn’t believe it would work for me. Today, after two months, I can see the difference with my body and my mental health becoming stronger.
I am still on my own journey to become better me…
As an active and sporty person now with my own example I understand even more how important it is to have the right diet to achieve the best health and looks.
I reduced not only my weight but also my body fat which toned my body shape.
5kg = 10 IBS
3.8kg = 8.4 IBS
I combine my Herbalife diet with a healthy protein diet , workouts in the Shredquarters Walton2-3 times per week, regular EMS sessions Xbodywords Body Ballancer massage Body Ballancer and Tru Care Active TruCryo.
Today I decided to become a part of Herbalife team and help people with their journey to a healthy lifestyle.
