The innovative 45-minute stretching treatment at Treatments by Joanna encompasses a variety of training techniques which, when structured together address a range of issues.
For example, stiffness in your muscles and joints can lead to movement dysfunction and even increased risk of injury, so these stretching treatment protocols which are specifically tailored to each client – based on the location of the body and specific imbalances, can be used to great effect on many of these areas.
